No. This is an optional introductory seminar, separate from the full New York concealed carry training course. Attendance does not authorize firearm possession or carry.
Do I need a firearm or prior experience?
No. This is an educational discussion for people exploring ownership or carry, including complete beginners.

Yes. You can use the seminar to understand the process and practical considerations before your next step.
