Range Safety Officer (RSO) — Part-Time  ·  1099

RSOs are the backbone of our live-fire qualification sessions. You’ll keep the range safe, run commands with authority, and make sure every student exits the firing line more confident than when they stepped up. This is student-facing, leadership-level work — and we take it seriously.

We’re looking for:

· NRA Range Safety Officer certification — or a willingness to obtain it
· Valid New York Pistol License
· Outstanding customer service instincts — our students are your clients
· A genuine love for the Second Amendment, and the maturity to represent it well
· Safety-first mindset, every single time — no exceptions

Now Recruiting

Guest Instructor — Part-Time  ·  1099

NY Safe’s curriculum is built for real-world carry — and responsible carry doesn’t begin and end at the range. We bring in subject-matter experts to teach what they know best, across the full spectrum of prepared civilian life.

Specialties we’re interested in:

· Defensive shooting & firearms fundamentals
· Use of force & situational awareness
· Emergency medical & trauma first aid (TCCC, Stop the Bleed, wilderness, etc.)
· CPR & first aid certification instruction
· Defensive & evasive driving
· Firearms law & self-defense legal concepts
· Personal safety & home security

If you can hold a room and deliver content that genuinely changes how students think and prepare, we want to talk.
